The ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM) welcome newly recruited agricultural scientists to the 102 FOCARS (Foundation Course for Agricultural Reasearch Service). As one of the activity during Digital India week, we initiate a discussion forum with the purpose of documenting and discussing the innovative ideas from young minds for enhancing the efficiency of NARS and agricultural development in India.
